Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Affectedseat Walk-In Tubs wants affectedseat.property to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We're Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings in a logical reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets, and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Clearly labeled form fields and short forms
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@affectedseat.property and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Isn't Working
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@affectedseat.property and tell us:
- Which page or feature was the problem
- What went wrong, and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device, and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the website, we will keep making it better.
